Joe Moore brings a vast career of market experience to the Seidl team. After nearly 20 years in the building and MRO industry working as a supplier for developers, builders and Government entities, Joe shifted his career into Real Estate in 2016. Initially specializing in vacant land and spec home sales, Joe expanded into Commercial Real Estate where he continues to bring value to his clients. Joe is a former Alderman for the City of Green Bay where he served on the Redevelopment Authority gaining valuable knowledge of planning and development options, and he had a significant hand in the development of the “new” Green Bay skyline. He also served as the Chairman of the Finance committee and chaired the Joint Finance and Personnel Committee which oversees the development of the annual City Budget.
Joe and his Wife Shelby own the Moores Real Estate Group, brokered by Shorewest Realtors, as a top producing team. They, along with their Daughter Lily, reside on a small hobby farm in Angelica where they raise goats and chickens and do plenty of gardening. In their free time, Joe and Shelby enjoy hosting their adult children and friends at the farm, as well as spending time in the outdoors, and attending after school events.
