Currently, I am working towards my CCIM designation.  I’m very interested in historic preservation and the creative repurposing/renewing of buildings to the benefit of the surrounding community. My hobbies include gardening, birding, camping, kayaking, golf, travel and just about any adventure outdoors.

Joe Moore

After 20 years working with developers as a supplier, Joe decided to focus his career on promoting the finished product.  With extensive knowledge in construction finishes, interpreting blueprints, and a career spent educating professionals on where they will receive their best value, Joe brings a view that far exceeds that of a typical real estate agent. 

As a three term Alderman for the City of Green Bay, Joe served on the Redevelopment Authority, leading the funding and administration subcommittee.  He was also Chairman of the Finance Committee, and Vice Chair of Parks, Recreation  and Forestry, Personnel as well as Improvements and Services. Joe is currently an at large Board Member for Green Bay Neighborhoods and recently completed a term as a Water Commissioner. Joe has extensively engaged the community, striving to help create an environment that provides a great quality of life while building a broad sphere of connections in the Greater Green Bay Area.
