Debbie Scray is a lifelong resident of the Green Bay - De Pere area. With a degree from the University of Wisconsin, she holds the SRES designation and is a CCIM candidate.
Her corporate background includes the areas of Materials Management, Procurement and Scheduling with CPM and CRM designations; and also licensed Spanish language instruction.
Debbie is very active in the community, with Executive board positions on the YWCA, Green Bay Symphony and Friends, Green Bay Boys Choir & Girls Choir, and TEMPO; membership in Management Women; and volunteers in various other community organizations.

Tom spent his early years attending St. Matthew School in Allouez before attending Green Bay East High, NWTC and Lakeland College. Tom's experience includes thirteen years in banking as a Commercial Lender in both Green Bay and Central Florida. Prior to starting his real estate career, Tom owned and operated several businesses including a specialized insurance agency and a franchise development company with an international franchise organization.
Tom has been a member of the Green Bay Redevelopment Authority for the past seven years. Additionally, he spent six years on the Green Bay City Council serving on the City's Finance Committee and Chairman of the Personnel Committee.
In pursuit of excellence, Tom is continuing to work toward his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation.

Len has amassed almost 50 years of Real Estate experience in all areas of commercial and investment markets.
Some of Len's career highlights include the property assemblage for the construction of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, development of East Town Mall, North Brook Country Club, and Lake Largo, the Green Bay area's largest and finest condominium community.
